Online Refills/Referrals - SEE BELOW
Posted on Aug 18, 2008 PNP is excited to announce that we will are now offering requests for prescription refills and specialist referrals online, starting in the new few weeks.
This secure application allows you to request a refill or referral at your convenience, day or night, and avoid having to call the office. The message will be received electronically and for refills, the prescription will be sent directly to the pharmacy, mailed, or can be picked up at the office. As always, all medications for ADD will need to be picked up or mailed, but the request can be done online. For referrals, the request will be received and then handled electronically
You will no longer need to wait for a nurse to be free to take your request on the phone. This in turn will allow our nurses to dedicate their time assisting patients offering home care advice and making appointments for sick children.
