By agreeing to the terms of our secure forms, you will enter a secure area of our web site. Princeton Nassau Pediatrics will not be held responsible in the event your electronic message is not transmitted due to technical problems related to this site or to the hosting server. All personal identifying information is encrypted and your message will not be internally or externally forwarded to other third parties. The information will solely be used by Princeton Nassau Pediatrics.
Your request will be processed within 24 hours during normal business hours Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM and should be available to you after 2-3 business days. All prescriptions for controlled substances must be picked up or mailed home. For all other medications, please indicate on the form whether you would like the prescription mailed home, picked up at the front desk, or sent directly to your pharmacy.
Your physician may require a visit to the office if the child has not had a physical exam within the last twelve months. Certain medications require more recent visits.
